Multimedia—Fall 2009

MONDAY

·        Continue with Photoshop Layers

·        Assign Photoshop CS3 Assignment 5 regarding “Layers”.  Due tomorrow. Screen Check.

TUESDAY

·        Continue Assignment 5 from yesterday. First 10 minutes of class to complete.  Screen Check.

·        Handout  vocabulary covering red eye, gradient, clone tool, spot healing brush, patch tool, straightening,

·        Watch Atomic Learning and practice concepts covered. Student adds notes to vocabulary sheet.

WEDNESDAY

·        Continue new concepts from yesterday and practice if needed.

·        Assign Photoshop CS3 Assignment 7 regarding Image and Lighting Effects.  Due Tomorrow.  Screen Check

THURSDAY

·        Complete Photoshop CS3 Assignment 7 first 15 minutes of class.  Screen Check.

·        Discuss removing person/item from a picture, add lighting effects, and rotate an image.

·        Watch Atomic Learning video and take notes on vocabulary sheet.

·        Practice concepts.

·        Assign Photoshop CS3 Assignment 8.  Due tomorrow.  Screen Checks.

FRIDAY

·        Complete Photoshop CS3 Assignment 8.  Due today.  Screen Checks.

Final for Multimedia will be over Photoshop concepts learned.  This will be a production test only.

Multimedia—Fall 2009

MONDAY

·        Review concepts learned in Photoshop.

·        Pull up various photos and practice selecting, layering (naming, layering, grouping) lighting effects, red eye, straightening, gradient background, adding text, cloning, etc.

TUESDAY

·        Final 2^nd period

WEDNESDAY

·        Final 3^rd & 7th

THURSDAY

·        Final 4th, 5^th & 6th

·        Early release day

FRIDAY

·        Final 1^st & 8th

·        Early release day

·        Christmas Holiday – December 21 – January 1^st

·        School begins January 4^th – late arrival
