Week 1- Obj. Color Value Project- color, shading, composition
nov.12- 21 OBJ: Impressionism- oil pastels
Bring in a picture of a landscape with a lot of color and texture it needs to
be no smaller that a 5x7
warm- up page for impressionism project
Major project due Nov. 21
Dec 4.- 21 Rodeo Art- MP The student will bring in a photo of something Rodeo,
Western related that they will draw. Their choice of mediums. Everyone will
do Rodeo art. They can choose to actually enter the competition or not.
Most of our project take longer than one week. The projects will slide
END OF 9 WEEKS. Please remember that all weeks are subject to change.
Art 2
Daily grade : bring in photos for Rodeo Art.
Thursday Nov. 6 everyone is working on drawing from still-life of gourds and
squash. Students will use oil pastel. Due Nov. 14
Dec. 16- Begin Rodeo Art Project. Must work from actual photos not published
works. Due approx, Dec 10
