| Immunizations
Many of our 8th graders and a few of our incoming 7th graders will be due for a Td booster during
the 2007-2008 school year. If your child is due a booster before May 31, 2008, you will be receiving
a letter in the mail to get your child immunized this summer before school begins. Your child WILL
NOT be allowed to get their schedule until I have updated immuhnization records. You can mail them
to the school:

or you may bring a copy of your original to registration. I will take it up with your blue emergency
card and then give you a note that states that your child may pick up his/her schedule.
