Student Council

Meeting Feb 14 will be until 4:15pm.  After the meeting we will head to Village on the Park on Parkwood Dr. (528) and meet there by 4:30.  This is an independent living home and we will be delivering Valentines.  This should not take too long if we have enough members helping (about 15-20 minutes).  You are responsible for finding transportation to Village on the Park and home.  


Parents we need your help!   Our annual Valentine's dance that the Student Council hosts is coming up in February.  Date TBA soon.  We need some snacks, candy and soda donated for us to sell at the dance.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and any help would be appreciated.  Here are the items that we are needing:

Boxed sets of candy bars (any brand; snickers, milky way, M&Ms, etc)
Canned soda
Sour punch candy

As the date approaches, I will be contacting parents to volunteer to help run the concession if need be.  Please drop off any donations to the front office and indicate on there it is for Student Council. 

Also please note key change in meeting dates below.  Our next social will be on January 25th where we will be making heart wreaths to be delivered to the local retirement homes.  Some items we will need for that activity include fabrics in shades of pinks, reds, and whites. 


All meetings will be held in the trailblazer room from 3:50- 4:30pm on the second Tuesday of the month.
