Well, this is it..... The work is done, test are taken, and books are turned in.
The last couple of days before your sixth grader become a seventh grader are just around the corner. It has been a pleasure teaching your kiddo each and everyday, and I hope they are just as successful next year.
A couple of things before I see ya go:
Tuesday and Wednesday are both half days. School lets out at 11:30.
The summer reading is Matched by Ally Condi and Dark Water Rising by Marian Hale. A letter with more details will be coming home soon.
As the kids clean out their binders, I suggest they hold onto their stems flash cards. That will give them a head start for next year.
Students who ordered yearbooks will get them on Tuesday, and we will allow them to sign yearbooks or other items that day.
Monday is a holiday. So relax and enjoy some family time. Summer is right around the corner and it always flies by. So enjoy every moment.
