This is my twelfth year here at Gattis and my eleventh year to
teach third grade. I really enjoy my job and think that third grade is the
best. My husband and I live here in Round Rock with our son, Jacob, who
is a sophomore this year at Stony Point High School. Go Tigers! Our
older son Dennis lives in Dallas while attending UT Arlington.
Football is my passion and I am very excited when football season starts
each year.As well as football, I also enjoy reading every chance I get,going
to the beach,and watching both motocross and supercross.
Please be sure to read my weekly newsletter for important dates, homework
and information regarding what we are learning in class. I will send home a
copy plus will have a copy online on the Newsflash page. I feel that it is
very important that we work as a team (parents, student, teacher) in order to
have a successful year and that we have open communication. Please feel free
to call or write any time you have a question, concern, or suggestion and I
will do the same.
