    4 HOMEWORK TIPS FOR EVERYDAY LIVING


     1.  Get a good night's sleep. (8 hours)
     2.  Everyone needs to have their HAPPY FEET/DANCING SHOES ON
         (MOVING) a minimum of 20-30 MINUTES EVERYDAY.
            *YOUR ACTIVITY SHOULD RAISE YOUR HEART RATE
