4 HOMEWORK TIPS FOR EVERYDAY LIVING 1. Get a good night's sleep. (8 hours) 2. Everyone needs to have their HAPPY FEET/DANCING SHOES ON (MOVING) a minimum of 20-30 MINUTES EVERYDAY. *YOUR ACTIVITY SHOULD RAISE YOUR HEART RATE ***A Digi Walker is a great way to get your 10,000 steps in a day! (Need more info on the Digi Walker (Pedometer) call: (877)685-9059) 3. Eat a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables. (Five a day of each) 4. Do something "Nice" for someone else today.
