Throughout my teaching career my views on homework has changed. I will
expect all homework to be aligned with what I am teaching currently in
class. I will have daily reading and daily spelling homework. Then on
Tuesdays and Thursdays I will send home something which is aligned to my
teaching. This is to reinforce what is being taught in class.

7. Create a news report of an event that happened in your story
8. Create a book review of your book or chapter your reading
