Major changes have happened in the school procedures and policies. Schedule and teaching strategy shifts have created challenges which we are working to meet. Please have patience as we work through these modifications. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me.

The wet season is coming upon us. Since our classroom is outside the main building, I recommend that each student get a pancho. These are relatively inexpensive and easier to carry around than an umbrella.

Please encourage your child to read. Many students don't read because they
aren't sure what books to get. If you can, talk to your child about their
interests and suggest they check the library for materials on that subject. I
will be encouraging these students to check out books on native Americans and
American history since that is what we will be studying.
