......We are almost there!....Second Grade is just around the corner!!!
Here is our week at a glance:

MONDAY:  Flat Stanley returns for our Book Share! We celebrate June 
Birthdays! Please send a sturdy, shopping bag/recycle bag to send home 
folders and workbooks from school.

TUESDAY:  Portfolio Sheets due. Regular school day. We celebrate July 
Birthdays! Folders come home.

WEDNESDAY:  Read-In! Bring favorite books from home, towel, flashlight and a 
small stuffed animal. SIX FLAG TICKETS COME HOME, if you participated in the 
Library Reading Program.

THURSDAY:  Regular day in the am. We will watch Charlotte's Web in the pm. We 
read the chapter book a few weeks ago.

FRIDAY:  End of Year Party in the Courtyard. Start time 8:30ish. We can still 
use more mini pretzels.....and volunteers to help set up and help with Hula 
Hoop Games.

Needs for the classroom:  Kleenex, we are down to borrowing.

Please continue to read at home, daily.

Spelling:  Please continue to work on the First Grade Sight Words.

Snacks: Please remember to send a healthy snack, daily.
