Great news! Great news! Great news!
The grant I wrote for “Effective Communication Through Podcasting” was partially funded by the
Round Rock Partners in Education! This morning during first period, two representatives came by
to present a BIG symbolic check for $2000. So now I will be looking for the very best deal on
video mp3 players. The idea is for students to write and produce podcasts for students to use
to review, to help with reading passages, to catch up if they are absent and MORE! Ms. Hughes
and I will be working closely together on this, as well as Coach Long and Mrs. Lauffer. So if
you know of a really good deal on video mp3 players, let me know!!
