RSS in TeacherWeb stands for "Rich Site Summary" and it's really simple to use once you get the hang of it.  I've found a great video clip (about 3 minutes) about what RSS feeds are and how to get them at the following link:  http://www.blip.tv/file/205570/

You are not required to have an account with blip.tv to watch the video.  Once you are subscribed to my RSS feed, whenever there is a change on the website, you should be notified!  This is a new feature, so please let me know if it works or not!  It may work even better than sending out emails!
