Hello Everyone!

 

On Friday of last week, students took a unit test. The grades for that test were posted this morning on gradespeed.  If your student did not pass the test (70 or below is not passing), he/she will need to attend a tutorial and take the test again. My tutorial days are Monday, 3:40pm-4:30pm and Thursday, 7:45am-8:15am.

 

If those dates and/or times do not work for the student, please let me know.  If they student lets me know he/she is coming, I can usually arrange my schedule so I will be here.

 

Students are starting to read nonfiction works that will include biographies.  We will be looking finding main idea, summarizing, paraphrasing, and creating graphs and charts.

 

TAG students will gather information from multiple sources on one topic and choose a method for presenting that information.
