| Broadway Across America is bringing some great musicals to Austin in 2009.
You can find out more at their site. One not to miss is WICKED which will
play in August of 2009.
The Long Center is also bringing in some great shows - including the
musical, THE DROWSY CHAPERONE. The show runs August 20-24, 2008 - and
tickets are on sale NOW! It won 5 Tony Awards on Broadway.
There are some wonderful Theatre camps this summer - especially at the State
Theatre and St. Edward's University - for those who are interested.
Zilker Park has some great free shows. Shakespeare's MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING
plays May 1-25. Later this summer, Zilker Summer Musicals will present
DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Chisholm Trail Theatre teacher, Dan
Sullivan, plays the Beast. He is amazing!
There are also some film making camps as well.
