Sept. 17, 1787 is the day the U.S. Constitution was signed.  In 
2004, the U.S. Congress mandated that schools receiving federal 
funding provide instruction on the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17 
of year year.  This website will allow us to access the 
Constitution and multiple activities.
