ABOUT THE TEACHER:

This is my 14th year of teaching and my 8th year at Grisham Middle School.  I
graduated from Abilene Christian University and have taught speech therapy,
early childhood, and core subjects in elementary and middle schools.

I am married and have two children, both of whom graduated from Westwood High
School. My daughter recently earned her Masters in Medieval Studies from the
University of Edinburgh.  My son is a Youth and Family Ministry major at
Abilene Christian University.  I also have two dogs, Cinnamon and Licorice.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, playing
games, bargain hunting, and lazy days at Barton Springs or floating down the
river.
