About the ISN...
The Interactive Student Notebook that our students keep their work in is a record of what they have been studying and can be a great resource for them in the future. They will continue to use an ISN in Social Studies in the 7th, 8th and at Westwood High School. An 8th grade history teacher here got an email from a former student who is a freshman at Westwood who informed her how helpful her ISN was in World Geography.
It is important that these notebooks be kept as neat and well maintained as possible. Most of my students are doing a good job with this, but some are having a hard time. I would appreciate parents help with keeping this notebook updated and in good shape. There is a table of contents of the ISN on this web site.
