I am starting my 27th year as an educator. I have been a teacher, coach and
administrator at ten different districts across the state of Texas. This is
the second time I have worked for Round Rock ISD.
I went to Texas Tech University for my Bachelors and Masters degrees and
have a doctorate in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University. I
earned my mid-management certification from Southwest Texas State
University, which is now called Texas State University.
I have three wonderful children ages 14, 10 and 9. I love to teach and
coach, play golf, sail and scuba dive. I also have a great affection for
dogs and horses.
My mission for our class is to explore together the countries and cultures
of the world in which we live, and to ensure that learning is fun and
engaging. I hope to instill in my students an appreciation of history and
the desire to become a life long learner.
