Extra Credit

General Extra Credit

Turning in unused hall passes at the end of each six weeks = 1 point each on the final average.

Extra Credit Assignment Information

         Extra credit assignments are intended to enrich students' interests and to help students raise their academic grades.

         They are NOT intended to replace work not completed.

         In order to be eligible to turn in extra credit assignments, students must first make up any zeros/missing work they may have.

         Each student is eligible to complete two extra credit assignments; one daily and one major.

Daily Extra Credit Assignments

         Daily extra credit assignments are shorter and less intense.

         Daily extra credit assignments will count as a quiz grade in that six weeks average.

Current Options:

  • Additional Rikki-Tikki Activities may be completed for extra credit (see Handouts section of website).

 

Major Extra Credit Assignments

         Major extra credit assignments are longer and more intensive.

         Major extra credit assignments will count as a major grade in that six weeks' average.
