About The Teacher
I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1977 with a BS in Education, certified to teach secondary English and Government. I later earned my Elementary, Business, and Technology certifications. I have taught every grade level from pre-K through 12th grade. Through my years as a teacher, I have taught Elementary music, GT and Technology, Middle School English and Reading, BCIS I/II, Yearbook, and all Technology applications courses. Whew! I love to read, play the guitar and sing. I have been married for 30 years to the most honorabe man I know and I have been blessed with two amazing children who both attend Texas A&M University, just like their dad. Gig 'em Aggies! ICHS is the best school, with the best students, staff, and principal in the world! It is my goal to do all that I can to support your success in life and in my classroom. If you don't have me this year - don't be a stranger - come by and visit! If you do have my class, be positive and determined to succeed everyday. I love you guys!
