About The Teacher
I have been teaching for 27 years, 26 of them have been in kindergarten. I taught first grade one year, but my heart belongs to kindergarten. I have been married to my husband, Danny, for 36 years. Danny is my rock. He is always bringing things home that he thinks we can use in class. If you have a chance stop by and see Blossom,the frog. Danny her bought for our class. Danny has been involved in Operation Shobox Holiday since the start. He takes great pride on the daily accomplishments of the kindergarten class. We have one daughter and son in law. Both are attorneys. The newest additions to our family are our 3 rescue puppies. We resuced Dakota in July 08, Dolly and Buddy are both bassets, and they joined the family Christmas '08. In my free time I enjoy traveling,watching hummingbirds, the casinos, baking,crocheting( if you would like to purchase a custom made baby blanket, let me know) and reading. I am and active member in Soldiers Angels. Soldiers Angels is an organization that support our deployed military protecting our precious freedoms. We send small boxes of love to the troops that receive no support from home(including letters). I gain more from this organization than I give.
