The ISI Library Media Center is seeking donation to purchase 
resources and fund library programs for students. Your generous 
donation will help us to achieve our goals of providing relevant 
and useful resources for our students.

There are three ways to make a donation.
1. Fill in the form below and send your contribution to Sr. Malika 
Saidy, Administrative Assistant.
2. Print out the online form and send the completed form with your 
contribution to Sr. Malika.
3. Obtain a form at the school office or Library Media Center.
Please make checks and money orders payable to the Islamic School 
of Irving.

While we greatly appreciate contributions of any amount, we will 
acknowledge each gift of $25 by placing a bookplate with your name  
inside the cover of a library book.
