Be Respectful ================== Circulation Policy ================== The library users are allowed to check out 2 books/magazines only for a duration of 7 days. All students have been issued a library card and must present their own card when checking out materials. Effective January 16, 2007 a fine of 10 cents per day per book will be charged for overdue books. After 30 days of no compliance, students will be charged a replacement fee (price of the book). If the material(s) are overdue, you may not renew them. The material(s) must be returned, fine paid, and then you may renew them. As users of the library and for our own benefit, let's try to be Keepers of the Light, that is being responsible and returning all materials on time. ============== Behavior Rules ============== 1. Follow directions first time given 2. Raise hand to speak- wait to be called upon 3. Keep noise level low (Use 6 inch voices) 4. Keep hands, feet and objects to oneself 5. Letter to Parent and Alternative Activity 4. Detention 5. The books in the library are for you to enjoy. - remember to check out books at the circulation desk before you leave the library with them. - ask the Librarian if you have questions about a book. She is always happy to help you with your questions. - take good care of books so that others can enjoy the books too! - use library equipment with care so that other can use them too. - let the Librarian know how library services can be improved. Please: - don't talk loudly. The library is a quiet place to read and study. - don't run in the library. - don't bring food and drinks in the library so that we don't invite pests that can damage books. - don't forget to return library books on time. If you need a few more days before returning the books, please let the Librarian know.
