To honor your child on his/her birthday, you may donate a book to the
Jollyville Library in their honor. We have a selection of popular fiction
and nonfiction titles from which you may select a title for your child.
Each book is discounted from the publisher's list price. The cost is $15.00.

Here's how the program works:

1. Return the birthday form that includes your child's name, teacher, and
birthday to the library.
2. Your child will select a birthday book from our collection.
3. We will announce the child's name and birthday on the morning Jollyville
broadcast.
4.We will put a special bookplate with your child's name and
birthday in the book. Your child will be the first to check out the book.
5. The birthday picture will be posted on the birthday club bulletin board in the main hallway and at the end of the year the picture will be presented to your child.
