Parents:
Please check your child's behavior calendar in the homework folder each
night. Students should bring their homework folder to school every day.
Please be sure to total the reading minutes and initial your child's reading
log each evening. Reading logs will be checked each week and turned in at
the end of each month.
Students should study their spelling words each week, as there will be a
weekly assessment - this will include sentence dictation, a cloze
story word test, and a traditional spelling test on Thursday.
Remember to check the Thursday Take-Home folder, sign, and return with your
child on Friday.
