I grew up in the Panhandle of Texas and graduated with Honors from Texas Tech
University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in English.
I have a total of twelve years classroom experience (mostly in Kindergarten).
I taught in Lubbock ISD and Sharyland ISD in theMcAllen/Mission area in the
Rio Grande Valley before coming to Laurel Mountain.
On a personal note, I celebrated my 12th anniversary with my husband Toby this
past March. We have two precious boys: Jack who is 10 and Ben who is 6.
I am really looking forward to teaching your children this year! We've got so
much to learn and do! It is my goal to instill a love of learning that will
last forever because I truly believe that we should never stop learning.
