A few reminders...

Conferences...Please remember to sign up for our goal setting fall conference. This is a time for us to set goals for your child and plan for the year. A magnet was sent home at Parent Night that included our class password. I have noticed that a few people signed up for a spring conference. The date on that page was for last years spring conference day. That will become available as the date approaches.

Lunches...If your child plans to order a lunch from the cafeteria please review the menu with them in the morning before school. It would be helpful if they have an idea what they want to order before they come to school.

Folders...Please be sure to initial your child’s folder each evening. If I have any behavioral concerns I will write it there. Please check daily.

Roster...A big THANK YOU goes to Ashley's mom for typing up the class roster. I have attached it to this email. Please review for accuracy and save it for future reference.

Volunteers...Thank you to the MANY parents that have volunteered to help in our classroom. I have created a page on this website to show the schedule. Please check to see when you are scheduled.

Snack...You all have been doing a fantastic job of remembering to send a small healthy snack with your child each day. Please remember these snacks must be nut free. Also please avoid snacks that require a spoon, have icing, chocolate coating or greasy snack. Those items leave our tables and supplies messy. Some examples of good choices for classroom snacks are crackers, cheese, fresh fruit, raw veggies, finger eating sized dry cereal and boiled eggs. Snacks should be finger foods that can be managed independently.

Water bottles...It is hot outside! Please continue to send a water bottle labeled with your child's name each day for recess time.
