How can I help my child to do better in school?

Communication is the number one key to student success. If you have specific
concerns about your child, you should be sure to contact the teacher of the
class in question first. After exhausting this avenue, if you feel that you
need additional assistance, parents of special education students and adult
special education students have the right to request and ARD committee
meeting to discuss specific issues concerning the abilities and needs of the
individual student. Administrators are available for consultation, but their
services should only be requested after other efforts have been exhausted.
