This is my 3rd year at Lockhart High School and my 12th year in education.
I previously was at Lockhart Junior High and San Marcos High School. In
between teaching assignments, I was a surgical technologist at Central Texas
Medical Center. I have degrees in Exercise and Sports Science, Biology and
Surgical Technology. While at Lockhart Junior High, I coached 7th grade
girls athletics and taught life science. In San Marcos, I was the director
of the Health Science Program. Lockhart High School is a great place to
work and I look forward to great things here.
Generally we try to complete all assignments in class. If they are unable to
complete the assignments in class then they should take the work home and
finish it. A few longer assignments will be completed in class the next
day.
My standard procedure for test is to spend the day before the test going
thru a pretty extensive review of what they can expect to see on the test. I
always recommend that they take their materials home with them and study at
home to better prepare themselves for the test.
