About The Teacher

I'm originally from southern California, but grew up in Tomball, TX which is 
outside of Houston. 

I went to the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of 
Science in math with teacher certification.  I am currently working on my 
Master's of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia 
University and will graduate in May 2008. 

I have been married for a year and have 3 cats named Angel, Hamlet, and 
William.

Mission For The Class

My mission for all math classes is to ensure that math is meaningful and 
applicable to students' every day lives. My goal is to enable every student 
to succeed in mathematics and in life.
