 How will my 6th grader be served?
Your 6th grader will come to TAG at least one class period a week.  They will
be able to come as often as they like, but they will only be required one period.

No. We no longer pull kids out of their core classes at the junior high.

 Are there other options besides the TAG class for 7th and 8th graders?
Yes.  If your child demonstrate a strength in language arts or math then the
will have the option to receive services through that class.  It is content
area specific and doesn't allow the freedom of study that the TAG class offers.

Additionally, your child may opt out of a non-core non-required course to take
the TAG class if there is no other room in their schedule.
