Sentence Building Blocks and Combining Sentence Parts. All three
assignments are due on Tuesday the 13th.
Tuesday, November 13 - Three assignments due: the Flap Book, Sentence
Building Blocks and Combining Sentence Parts. The students will receive
the Spelling List #4 and take notes over analyzing Cause and Effect.
Wednesday, November 14 - Write sentences using Spelling List #4, practice on
Cause and Effect. The students will work with partners to come up with
scenarios that illustrate Cause and Effect. Review compound sentences.
Thursday, November 15 - Quiz over Spelling List #4. Complete scenarios.
Practice with TAKS-style passages over Cause and Effect.
Friday, November 16 - TEST; Spelling List #4, Cause and Effect, Compound
