| I know how nervous, excited, and scared both you and your child are about the
first day of school, but I promise it will be fun and exciting and your child
will learn so much! Some of the students may cry on the first day of school,
but the best thing to do, if this is your child, is to say "I love you", turn
around and walk away. When a parent stays, it makes it so much harder for
the child . We are looking forward to beginning the new school year
and all their smiling faces. In our class, we will have a binder that will go
home everyday, and please remember to send it back everyday. In this binder,
we will have a calendar, newsletter, conduct chart, and homework assignment
for the week.
We can't wait to meet you!
