Two weeks of school until the Winter Holidays! I have sent a letter home 
concerning the holiday party on December 18th. Please check with your child 
to see what they have volunteered to bring. Please feel free to join us for 
the festivities during 1st period that day!

Parent Viewer is a tool designed to provide parents the opportunity to view 
the progress made by their children in the classroom. Monitoring your child’s 
progress using the Parent Viewer offers a wonderful opportunity to reinforce 
the lines of communication with your child. We believe that this is a good 
thing, but we need your help with one facet of this new program. If concerns 
arise regarding grades, please discuss them first with your child. Time spent 
replying to emails regarding questions that could easily by explained by the 
student is time that teachers cannot use for planning good instruction and 
grading work already completed. If after conversations with your child you 
still have questions, please feel free to contact the teacher. Together we 
can make the most of this effective new technology and use it to work to the 
advantage of all concerned.
