This is my fifth year in MISD. I taught fifth grade math my first three
years. I taught sixth grade math and was a Gifted and Talented Enrichment
Coordinator for a fifth & sixth grade campus in College Station for thirteen
years before moving to Montgomery. My husband and I have built our dream
home in Walden. We have two grown children living in the Houston and Dallas
area. We are Texas Aggies through and through! "Gig 'em Ags"
My goal for your child in my class is to realize that math is very important
in our daily lives. This year I plan to challenge your child with real world
applications of math concepts learned and add higher level math concepts to
better prepare them for future math classes. My hope is that they will come
to love math and work hard to achieve their highest degree of success in
what ever math classes they chose in the years to come.
