  person is authorized to use it.

* The NYOS network and internet services are not private. Data and/or users  
  may be monitored by NYOS administrators.
* Your account associates you with NYOS; accounts may not be used in a 
  manner inconsistent with the policies of NYOS.
* NYOS retains the right to withdraw account privileges at any time.
