About The Teacher Label:
About The Teacher
I have been lucky enough to work with children and adults with disabilites for seven years in Round Rock ISD, Little Elm ISD, at Camp Summit, and in a few homes as an ABA therapist and assistant for two remarkable families. I have a Bachelors degree from Texas Woman's University in Health Studies (2004) and two masters degrees from Texas Woman's in Kinesiology-Adapted Physical Education (2007) and Masters in Teaching (2007). I am also a nationally Certified Adapted Physical Educator (C.A.P.E.). I also enjoy coaching bowling, soccer, and track Special Olympics for the Round Rock Roadrunners. I live here in Round Rock with my minature dachshund, Louie.
Mission Label:
Mission
It is my goal to assist every student in meeting their goals and objectives in adapted physical education. Also, it is my mission to expose students to a variety of skills, activities, sports, and games that they can enjoy for a lifetime, excell in, share with friends, and derive happiness from.
