Old Union Elementary - Music

It is a pleasure to share the joy of music with the students at Old Union Elementary School.  This is my sixteenth year in music education, but my love for music started at a very young age.  I sang in choirs starting in Kindergarten through College and beyond.  After receiving my Bachelors in Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University, I taught 4 years of Middle School Choir. 

 

For the past 11 years, elementary students have amazed me with their talents and creativity.  There is so much that can be learned though singing, playing instruments, dancing and listening to music.  It's great fun too! 

 

When I am not teaching music I enjoy playing with my son, watching him play soccer and even teaching him a little piano.  I enjoy cooking for my family and scrapbooking.
