Campus Ministry
Please find enclosed the Altar Server schedule for weekend November masses. A few notes:
1) Parents, please make every effort to ensure your child is able to serve at the Mass they are scheduled for.
2) Servers, please arrive 15 minutes before Mass begins so you can review your duties with the priest. If you arrive late you may not be able to serve your assigned Mass.
3) We can have up to five servers at each Mass. If we are missing servers about 10 minutes before Mass begins, then other servers present may get dressed and serve the Mass (you may serve as many times as you like each month).
4) However, please make sure that listed altar servers get to serve if they arrive at least 10 minutes before Mass.
Notes:
1) All altar servers must attend a meeting Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 – 10:00 am in the main Church.
2) Servers who would like to serve at funerals, weddings and other special occasions must attend a special training session on Saturday, November 7th from 9:00 – 10:00 am in the chapel(this includes OLS students who want to serve special Masses during the school day).
3) All Altar Servers are invited to attend morning Mass on Saturday, December 12th for the Memorial of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Altar servers will process together and sit together. Look for more information soon!
