WELCOME Mrs. Lucio's 1ST GRADE CLASS

WEEK OF nov. 9-13, 2009

Monday- The students will use handouts to practice the difference between beat and rhythm.

t UESDAY- THE STUDENTS WILL learn to move to a steady beat as the tempo changes in "frieght train".

Wednesday- the students will read from music notation and perform rhythm patterns that include quarter notes and eighth notes.

Thursday- The students will perform locomotor and nonlocomotor movements to like and different phrases in a call and response song.

Friday-mass day/fun day
