WILL I BE TEACHING PRIVATE PIANO LESSONS AFTER SCHOOL?

I regret to inform you that I will not be able to take on
students for
private piano class after school. I have my children to care
for, however,
I have spoken to Ms. Romero and she will be more than happy to
teach your
child.

WIll there be homework or tests?

I do not give the students homework. They are graded in class on
participation and classwork, this includes singing, playing
instruments, answering questions. Tests are given after each
Unit in grades 1st-3rd. Grades in the report card are based on
the students participation in class overall, not on tests.
Students in 4th and 5th are graded on their performance on their
recorders. 6Th graders are graded on their understanding of
their drum cadences.
