About The Teacher

I have been teaching since 1983. I began teaching in the El Paso, Texas, 
area.
My family and I love Austin! We have 2 grown daughters and a cat 
named "Meanie." She isn't really mean, in fact, she is a scaredy cat.
I love to read. I read every night. My favorite books are stories that 
happened long ago. Autumn is my favorite time of year. I like it when the 
weather is chilly. It's a great time to cuddle up and read a book!

Mission For The Class

We are here to learn and get ready for second grade. We will do this by 
being safe, using our time wisely, being honest, and being polite. Doing our 
very best work is very important to us.
