Each month students are taught a lesson related to the character trait we
are emphasizing. During the daily morning announcements a fact related to
the month's character trait is shared. Teachers incorporate the monthly
traits into their regular classroom instruction. Students are reconginzed
through Rider Pride certificates for exhibiting the various character traits.
