Well we are back into reading groups and working hard! Students should be
bringing home their red reading folder daily and practicing their reading
group assignments. We are about to begin learning fractions so help your
students understand the concepts of parts of a whole. A good way to talk
about fractions is when you're cooking dinner. Measuring ingredients is a
great time to talk about fractions and what they mean.
I will be having my baby soon, but will be in contact as often as possible.
This class has been doing great and making so much progress. We're plowing
ahead for the remainder of the year!
