About The Teacher

I am an Army brat that now claims Texas as home. I received my undergraduate 
degree in Journalism at Texas A&M and then pursued my masters in Elementary 
Education at Columbia University Teachers College in New York. This is my 
fourth year at Purple Sage. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy playing sports 
(including soccer, dodgeball and kickball), reading, watching movies and 
traveling.
