Welcome to the clinic web page.
-
Please encourage your child to practice good
handwashing and cover his nose and mouth while coughing/sneezing. Do not send
your child to school ill. Children and staff are to remain home until they are
fever free (off tylenol and mortin etc) for 24 hours. These measures are the
most important things that we can do to prevent the spread of illness (flu).
-
There are new immunizations requirements for '09-'10. Kindergarteners must
have two varicella vaccinations. See the link under "FORMS" for more details.
-
Parents, please keep an extra change of bottoms in
your child's backpack for the unexpected if he/she is in grades pre-k,
kindergarten or first. If clothes have been borrowed from the clinic, please
return them after washing. The clinic is in need of donations of boys' pants
size 8 and above. Thank you for your support.
-
If your child has received a referral from me to a
vision specialist and you cannot afford to take your child to a doctor, please
see me. If you meet certain qualifications your child may be eligible for a
scholarship for an eye exam and one pair of glasses.
-
Please inform me if your child has a medical
condition and is receiving medication at home daily.
-
Please inform me if your child has a medical
condition that you feel the school should be aware.
-
PLEASE GIVE THE OFFICE CURRENT PHONE NUMBERS SO
THAT YOU MAY BE REACHED IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR CHILD BECOMES ILL DURING THE
SCHOOL DAY!
