I am excited and honored to have the huge responsibility to work with you and your family to guide
your child into the world of academics.
There are many 'firsts' in first grade...the first real grades, the first time we will be sitting at desks
more than on the carpet, and possibly the first time we learn to decode words and read!
This is the beginning of a journey ...school will be part of your and you child's lives for a long time. I
want to make this a positive, rewarding year for all of us. I am counting on your help to make this
year a fantastic start for your child.
