Carrie Proctor (7th grade) is beginning her 2nd year at Ridgeview and is
looking forward to working with your students again as 7th graders! This is
her 11th year as a counselor and her 9th year at the middle school level. She
proudly attended The Ohio State University for her bachelors degree (and
loves talking Buckeye football!) and Southwest Texas State for her masters
degree.
Melissa Leverette (8th grade)is also starting her second year at Ridgeview
this year and has been working hard to get to know all 422 of her students.
This is her 9th year as an educator and her second at the middle school
level. She attended University of Houston for her bachelors degree-Go Coogs!!!
and Texas State University for her masters degree.
Ken Damron (6th grade) is in his 5th year as a counselor at Ridgeview. He
was a middle school and high school counselor for seven years in another
district. He attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Tx for his
bachelors degree and Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Tx for his
masters degree.
Ridgeview counselors will provide students with resources and skills that
enable them to be successful academically, emotionally and socially. We
provide classroom guidance on important lifelong skills, offer group
counseling and individual advising to assist students in reaching their
goals.
