*TAKE PRIDE IN RIDGEVIEW FACILITIES

A gym uniform is still required for Wellness class.  If a student claims to 
have lost their uniform, they can check the lost and found or with a coach.

A Wellness Uniform is required for participation. During the cooler days, 
your child may wear a sweatshirt/hooded or undershirt with the Wellness 
shirt over it. Sweat pants of any color may be worn but NO jeans as this 
restricts activity. Your child has been told several times during class warm 
ups of the approved uniform for cooler weather. If you have any questions, 
please feel to call.

Remember a parent note is required for excused participation for up to 3 
days. A doctor's note is required for an excused extended participation.

Points will be deducted for sitting out voluntarily of activity and not 
dressing out.
